<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of TROYE HULSE and TAMMY HULSE,,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated AUGUST 18, 1997 and recorded AUGUST 26, 1997 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered Instrument # 97- 106963 of the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
