Shaw, as husband and debtor and Michelle L. Shaw, as wife. <br />. da <br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is <br />recorded as instrument number 0200112716 in the real estate records in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
