<br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, described as follows: The Northerly Twenty
<br />(20) feet of the Easterly Twenty (20) feet of Lot Six (6), Block Fifty -nine (59),
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island.
<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful
<br />authority to convey the same.
