<br />And filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of T4,11 County Nebraska on
<br />the 16 day of September 20 0 3 and appearing of record on Instrument No. * * * with the
<br />note(s) of indebtedness described in and secured by the instrument aforesaid. * * * 200312298
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said First National Bank of Omaha and unto its
<br />successors and assigns forever.
<br />THIS ASSIGNMENT IS MADE expressly subject to and in accordance with the warranties and
<br />representations of Assignor with Assignee pursuant to a certain Mortgage Loan Origination Agreement
<br />between Assignor and Assignee, a copy of which is on file in the Office of Assignee.
