Medcalf, Janis M. Medcalf, a /k/a <br />Janis M. Setsod, G.A.C., Trustee, Household Finance Corporation, Assignee Beneficiary, <br />Riverside Acres Property Owner's Association, and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names <br />unknown, are the defendants, First Union National Bank of North Carolina, as Trustee for <br />the registered holders of Emergent Home Equity Loan Pass Through Certificate Series <br />1997 -03, did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum of One <br />Hundred Ninety -Two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety -One Dollars and Five Cents <br />($192,591.05), plus interest, escrow advances, title search costs and costs of suit; and <br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the payment <br />of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master Commissioner <br />should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold <br />according to law to pay the same; and <br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Arend R.
