Grantee, without any co en .nt or Nvarranty, expressed or implied, all of the following <br />described real estate: <br />The Easterly Three Feet (3') of the Southerly One -Half (1/2) of Lot Seven (7) and all <br />of Lot Eight (8), both being in Block One Hundred Thirty -Five (135) of Union Pacific <br />Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred by a Deed of Trust with power of sale <br />recorded on July 29, 1999, in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />0099107629 wherein Anthony L. Trautman and Julie Trautman. Husband and Wife, are Trustors, and <br />U.S. Bank National Association.
