<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Pinnacle Banks Central City, a Corporation,
<br />the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty -one Thousand and no /100
<br />($161,000.00), to it in hand paid by Washington Mutual Bank, FA, the party of the second part, receipt
<br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and, by these presents does
<br />grant, assign and transfer unto its successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed wherein the said
<br />Pinnacle Bank: Central City, NE 68826, is Beneficiary, KEVIN D. RISH AND ROSANNE M. RISH,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, are Trustors, and Pinnacle Bank: 320 G Street: Central City, NE 68826 is
<br />Trustee, which Trust Deed was dated the 20TH day of August, 2003, and recorded the ,,�2 7"v day
<br />of August, 2003, as Instrument No. of the MORTGAGE Records of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, and all its right, title and interest to the property therein described, as
<br />follows, to -wit:
<br />LOT TWENTY -ONE (21), GRAND WEST THIRD SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein
<br />contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Pinnacle Bank: Central City, a Corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Branch President, Gary W. Webster and attested
