<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 1st, 2000 executed by Friesen Enterprises, Inc., A
<br />Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200003532, on the 2nd day of May, 2000, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6 P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY
<br />OF ANNA STREET IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, WHICH POINT IS
<br />164.4 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER, OF THE INTERSECTION OF
<br />ANNA STREET AND EDDY STREET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH
<br />BOUNDARY OF ANNA STREET, TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
<br />INTERSECTION OF ANNA STREET AND CLARK STREET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY,
<br />AT RIGHT ANGLES, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF CLARK STREET, A DISTANCE
<br />OF 140.0 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES, A DISTANCE OF 109.6
<br />FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY, AT RIGHT ANGLES, A DISTANCE OF 140.0 FEET,
<br />TO THE PLACE BEGINNING.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
