WADSWORTH AND TABATHA <br />A. WADSWORTH, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />herein called the grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from <br />grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto RYAN J.
