<br />THAT WHEREAS, that certain Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security "Z S. sd
<br />Agreement and Financing Statement (the "Trust Deed ") was executed by GIA, Inc., as
<br />grantor ( "Grantor"), to Chicago Title Insurance Company (a /k/a Chicago Title Company), as
<br />Trustee ( "Trustee "), for the benefit of Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent (as
<br />successor -in- interest to Nationsbank, N.A.), as Beneficiary named therein ( "Beneficiary"), dated
<br />June 5, 1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 105445, and
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor requested that Beneficiary permit the reconveyance of certain real property
<br />encumbered by the above - referenced Trust Deed, and Beneficiary agreed to such request on
<br />the terms contained herein, and
<br />WHEREAS, Beneficiary is requesting herein that this instrument of reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered by Trustee as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, Trustee is hereby requested and directed by Beneficiary and Grantor to
<br />execute this instrument and, in consideration of such request of Grantor and Beneficiary,
<br />Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed
<br />in the following described premises but only as to such premises (the "Release Parcel'):
<br />A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
<br />SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />REFERRING TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION; THENCE

<br />DISTANCE OF 330.23 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY SHADY BEND ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
<br />LINE; THENCE SOUTHERLY DEFLECTING 126 DEGREES, 22 MINUTES, 22 SECONDS RIGHT, A
<br />DISTANCE OF 124.71 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY
<br />DEFLECTING 059 DEGREES, 25 MINUTES, 45 SECONDS RIGHT, A DISTANCE OF 143.65 FEET
<br />ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING CONTAINING 0.50 ACRES,
