<br />GNR Development Corp. of Hastings, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through its President,
<br />Grantor, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska in consideration of Eighteen
<br />Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and no/100, ($18,950.00), received from Harry L. Lilienthal and Wanda R
<br />Lilienthal, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants not tenants in common, hereinafter called "Grantee ", convey to
<br />Grantee, the following described Real Estate (as defined in Nebraska Rev. Stat. #76 -201) in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13) EXCEPTING the North Fifty Four (54) feet and all of Lot Twelve (12), Block One (1),
<br />Pleasant View Twelfth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances subject to easements,
<br />reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
