<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall Gountl,, Nebraska, recorded
<br />as Document #99- 102604, on the 12th day of March, 1999, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE NORTH ONE HALF (NY2) OF LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FIVE (5), GILBERTS
<br />ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
