<br />hereby grants, releases, and reconveys to Trustor or the person(s) entitled thereto, all right, title, and interest of the
<br />Trustee acquired by virtue of the above mentioned Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents in and to the following
<br />property:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 9
<br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said W 1/2 SW 1/4, said point being 45.0
<br />feet north of the southwest corner of said W 1/2 SW 1/4, said point also being on
<br />the northerly right of way of Burmood Road; thence running northerly, along and upon
<br />the west line of said W 1/2 SW 1/4, a distance of 500.0 feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 89 degrees 42'06" and running easterly, parallel with the south line of said W
<br />1/2 SW 1/4, a distance of 147.0 feet; thence running southeasterly, along and upon
<br />the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 1,439.0 feet, a distance of 605.42
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 46 degrees 05'44" from the chord of the
<br />previously described curve and running southerly, parallel with the west line of
<br />said W 1/2 SW 1/4, a distance of 81.0 feet to a point on said northerly right of way
<br />line of Burmood Road, said point being 45.0 feet north of the south line of said W
<br />1/2 SW 1/4; thence deflecting right 89 degrees 42'06" and running westerly, along
<br />and upon said northerly right of way line of Burmood Road, a distance of 580.0 feet
<br />to the point of beginning and containing 4.283 acres, more or less.
<br />Said Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents shall remain in full force and effect as to all other property described therein.
