KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION,

<br />dated February 5"' 1981, made and executed by Arden N. Peterson and Gretchen K. Peterson, husband
<br />and wife; and recorded in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on February 5, 1981 as
<br />Document No. 81- 000530 covering the following described real estate:
<br />All of Fractional Block Nine (9) of Bonnie Brae Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded together with the westerly one -half (W1 /2)
<br />of Monroe Street between the northerly line of Fourth Street
<br />and the southerly line of Fifth Street, adjacent thereto, as
<br />vacated by Ordinance No. 4842 of the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, recorded in Book 20 of Miscellaneous Records, page
<br />498, in Register of Deed Office in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The recording official is hereby authorized and directed to discharge said Real Estate Mortgage of
<br />record, and after recording this release, to enter upon the margin of the record of said mortgage
<br />the book and page where this release is recorded, in accordance with the provisions of the statutes
<br />in such case made and provided.
