DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of "Trust dated March 28, 2002 and executed by Rudolf F. Plate, a married person and Tim C.
