<br />200306650. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Eric J. Beeson and Carol J.
<br />Beeson, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Columbus Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed
<br />for record November 19, 1996 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 96- 109046.
<br />On or about November 21, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The
<br />Assignment was recorded December 3, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 109430.
