<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among DENNIS J C\\X
<br />CARROLL AND DIANE K CARROLL, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank
<br />and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Bank of Doniphan as Beneficiary, dated
<br />November 12, 1998, and recorded on November 13, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 111181 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK THREE (3), BRENTWOOD SECOND SUBDIVISION,
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
