WORTMAN, husband and wife, Grantors, in <br />consideration of - - -- -ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION - - - - -- <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to ROBERT E. WORTMAN AND MARY T. <br />WORTMAN, TRUSTEES OF THE ROBERT E. WORTMAN AND MARY T. WORTMAN REVOCABLE LIVING <br />TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 25, 2003, Grantees, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />1. An undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in and to the North Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (N1 /2 SE1 /4) of Section Thirty -Five (35), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />2. The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1 /2 NW1 /4) of Section Eighteen <br />(18), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4) of <br />Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows, to -wit: Beginning at a stake 16 links East of the Southwest (SW) <br />corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., running thence <br />North variation 11 000' East, on a line parallel to the West line of said <br />quarter section, Eleven and Fifty Hundredths (11.50) chains to a stake; <br />thence North 89 000' East, Five and Twenty -Five Hundredths (5.25) chains to <br />a stake; thence South One and Ninety Hundredths (1.90) chains to a stake <br />in the center of Prairie Creek; thence up the center of said Prairie Creek <br />to a stake on the South line of said quarter section, Eight and Eight <br />Hundredths (8.08) chains East of the Southwest (SW) corner of said quarter <br />section, thence West along the said South line of the said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE1 /4) of said Section Fourteen (14), to a point of beginning, <br />and containing Seven and Fifteen Hundredths (7.15) acres, be the same a <br />little more or less. <br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors: <br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrances subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of <br />record; <br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the <br />lawful claims of all persons. <br />EXECUTED: August 25, 2003. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />RMM <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />ROBERT E.
