Obst and Gladys A. Obst, husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach <br />of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt <br />payments as they became due.
