<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under Trust Deed filed for record on July 24,
<br />2001, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Nos. 97-
<br />105946, executed by Arnold W. Obst and Gladys A. Obst, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach
<br />of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt
<br />payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deeds are accelerated as of September 5,
<br />2003; be notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deeds; the
<br />trust property affected is as follows:
<br />The South Half (S '/2 ) of Lot Four (4), in Garden Place a
<br />subdivision of a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW '/ ) of Section
<br />Three (3) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), west of
<br />the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska.
