<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated April 4, 2001, executed by Wedgewood, Inc., a Nebraska �y
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200102923 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of April, 2001.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT ONE (1), LOESCHER SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />AND
<br />THE SOUTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF THE WEST ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN AND THIRTY TWO
<br />HUNDREDTHS (167.32) FEET OF LOT ONE (1), EVERGREEN SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated April 4, 2001, recorded as
<br />Document #0200102923 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
