<br />Grantor, Judith A. Wagoner, Successor Trustee of The Thomas J. Wagoner
<br />Revocable Trust, in consideration of The Thomas J. Wagoner Revocable Trust
<br />Instrument of July 25, 1997, and the Private Agreement approved by the Hall County
<br />Court on September 20, 2001, in Trust Administration Proceedings PRO1 -159, Grantor -

<br />One (1) on Island, Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Except that portion beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence running
<br />east along the north line of said Lot One (1), a distance of approximately Five Hundred
<br />(500.0) feet, the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing east along the north line
<br />of said Lot One (1), a distance of approximately Eight Hundred Eighty four and Ninety
<br />Seven Hundredths (884.97) feet, to the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NW'/ NE' /4); thence continuing east along the north line of said
