APPROVAL OF FAMILY AGREEMENT. <br />THIS MATTER came before the Court on this 201h day of September, 2001, <br />on the Petition for Trust Administration Proceedings and Appointment. <br />Upon consideration of the matters presented, the Court finds, determines <br />and orders as follows: <br />1. The Decedent died in Hall County, Nebraska, on November 18, 2000, and <br />was a resident thereof, and as Settlor created on July 25, 1997, the "Thomas J. <br />Wagoner Irrevocable Trust," at Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Accordingly, the Court has jurisdiction of this Trust proceeding pursuant to <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. § 30 -2807, R.R.S. 1943, as amended. <br />2. The required notices have been perfected or waivers of notice and hearing <br />have been filed of record by all interested parties in this matter. <br />1 <br />
