P. Schroeder <br />Date of Death: More than twenty years ago. <br />Domiciled at Date of Death: Hall County, Nebraska <br />Name of Surviving Spouse: Irene Schroeder <br />Date of Marriage: <br />2. Affiant is related to the Decedent as follows: Son <br />There is no federal estate tax, Nebraska Inheritance tax or Nebraska <br />estate tax. <br />4. Title to the following described real estate was held by the Decedent and <br />the surviving spouse of the Decedent, who is now deceased in joint <br />tenancy, to -wit: <br />West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery plots described <br />as Lot number 89, Spaces five and six, Section B of West <br />Lawn Memorial Park of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />5. As of the date of death the real estate had a real market value of $300.00. <br />6. The Decedent and Irene Schroeder were married as of the date of death. <br />There is no Nebraska inheritance tax lien by reason of NEB. REV. STAT. § <br />77 -2003. There is no Nebraska estate tax lien by reason of NEB. REv. <br />STAT. § 77 -2102. <br />7. The Decedent Irene Schroeder died more than ten years ago and the <br />undersigned is her son. By virtue of her death, all of her property <br />descended to her heirs. At the time of her death, the Decedent, Irene <br />Schroeder, was seised of the above - described real property and at the time <br />of her death the value of her estate was less than $10,000.00.
