<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by Little B's Corp., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and v
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #99- 106139, at the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska dated June 17, 1999, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Summerfield Estates First Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded as
<br />Instrument #99- 106139 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of August, 2003.
