<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 9th, 1999 executed by Michael D. Nigon and Barbara
<br />J. Nigon, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #99- 101837, on the 19th day of February, 1999,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1) LAZY "B" ACRES SECOND SUBDIVISION, BEING A PART OF THE
<br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1 /4) OF SECTION THIRTY -TWO (32), TOWNSHIP NINE (9),
<br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE CH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Islaarl Melgras(a, this 4th day of September, 2003.
