<br />Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as a nominee for HomeComings Financial Network, Inc.
<br />filed its Complaint and action in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against Eric L. Manka
<br />and Nicolle M. Manka, Shannon M. Manka a/ka/ Shannon M. Durkin, Cody A. Manka, Joshua P.
<br />Manka, Shelby L. Manka and Tyler Kohl Manka, Defendants, the object and prayer of which are to
<br />foreclose a certain deed of trust of $71,100.00 on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />THE SOUTH SIXTEEN AND THREE - FOURTHS FEET (S16 3/4') OF LOT
<br />THIRTEEN (13) AND ALL OF LOT FIFTEEN (15) IN BLOCK NINETEEN (19),
<br />UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />given by the Defendants Eric L. Manka and Nicolle M. Manka on the 22nd day of November, 2000;
<br />that the Plaintiff is the present owner and holder of said deed of trust, and that said deed of trust was
<br />duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the 27`" day of
<br />November, 2000 as Instrument No. 200010288 of the mortgage records of said county.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $70,224.44 on said deed of trust and the note it was
<br />given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described, to satisfy the amount
<br />found due on his deed of trust and interest and costs.
