<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
<br />on September 11, 2002, as Document No. 200209589, in the records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, by Phyllis M. Curlo, a single person, as Trustors, in which Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration. Systems, Inc., as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company,
<br />LLC, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed
<br />is accelerated and as of April 11, 2003, is in the amount of $74,766.09, plus interest
<br />thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the
<br />Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />THE EASTERLY FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK ONE
<br />HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT (128), IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY
<br />COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GBAND ISLAND HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
