<br />In consideration of the satisfaction of obligations under a Deed of Trust, Assignment of
<br />Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing ( "Deed of Trust "), by and between MORRIS
<br />COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, L.L.C., a Georgia limited liability company, as Trustor,
<br />which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 200111898 in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH,
<br />Attorney -at -Law and a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee,
<br />hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described real estate:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight
<br />(8), Block Eighty Two (82), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and that part of vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 7903,
<br />filed March 16, 1993 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 93-
<br />102019.
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to MORRIS COMMUNICATIONS
<br />COMPANY, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, BR I. SMITH, Successor Trustee, has executed this
<br />Reconveyance of Trust Property on the � day of September, 2003.
