QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />JERRY L. MYERS and BETTY L. MYERS, husband and wife, GRANTORS, do
<br />hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto, KELLY J. MYERS and LEIGH
<br />A. MYERS, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, GRANTEES,
<br />for One Dollar (51.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SE 1 /4SW 1 /4) of Section Thirty Four (34), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6" P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br />southwest Quarter (SE1 /4SW1 /4), said point being Five Hundred Twenty
<br />Six and Sixteen Hundredths (526.16) feet west of the southeast corner
<br />of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1 /4SW 1 /4);
<br />thence running westerly, along and upon the south line of said Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE1 /3SW1 /4), a distance of Five
<br />Hundred Fifty Five (555.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90000'00" and
<br />running northerly, a distance of Eight Hundred (800.0) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 90000'00" and running easterly, parallel with the south
<br />line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /3SVV1 /4),
<br />a distance of Five Hundred Fifty Five (555.0) feet; thence deflecting right
<br />90000'00" and running southerly, a distance of Eight Hundred (800.0)
<br />feet to the point of beginning and containing 10.193 acres, more or less,
<br />of which 0.420 acres, more or less, is presently occupied by public road
<br />right of way.
