<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by MICHAEL W PALU AND VICTORIA J PALU, AS HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor,
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 23�d day of August, 2002, and recorded on the 3' day of
<br />September, 2002, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, at Inst. 200209227, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
