<br />AMENDED MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION
<br />This Amended Master Deed and Declaration, made by Kenneth Shuda, a single C.___ .
<br />person; Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife; and Tim C. Plate, a `
<br />single person; hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant ".
<br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME
<br />The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit additional land herein
<br />described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and use
<br />in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. Further, the purpose is to set
<br />forth that additional units and real estate owned by others can be added by an Addendum
<br />to this Master Deed and Declaration. The name by which this condominium is to be
<br />identified is Westwood Park I Condominiums, a condominium. The name of the
<br />association shall be Westwood Park I Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., a non-
<br />profit corporation.
<br />ARTICLE II. INVOLVED PROPERTY
<br />The land owned by Kenneth Shuda, a single person, which was previously
<br />submitted to the condominium is described as follows:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The additional land owned by Kenneth Shuda, a single person, is submitted to the
<br />condominium and described as follows:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS
<br />The anticipated number of units to be created is forty -two (42). The number of units
<br />created initially was two (2), with another two (2) being created herein, and by the exercise
<br />of special declarant rights, the right to create an additional thirty -eight (38) units subject to
<br />further amendment of the Declaration to add more units and additional real estate owned
<br />by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and Tim C. Plate, a single
<br />person.
<br />ARTICLE IV. BOUNDARIES
<br />The boundaries of each unit, including the unit's identifying number, are shown on
<br />Exhibit "A" (plat and plan) as it pertains to Units Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) on Lot Eight
<br />(8), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
