<br />dated OCTOBER 29, 1999 and recorded NOVEMBER 8. 1999 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT
<br />#0099110768 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; AND a Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated
<br />May 25, 2001 and recorded June 11, 2001 as Document # 0200105516;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT TWENTY THREE (23) HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION NO. FOUR (4), HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRACT OF LAND PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
<br />IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO 98- 108618
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
