<br />FREDERICK W. RAUCH AND MARGARET L. RAUCH, husband and wife,
<br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY
<br />THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($60,000.00) received from Grantee,
<br />do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto MEADOW
<br />RANCH CO., a Colorado corporation, the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Villa #207, Francis Villas Condominium Property Regime,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee
<br />and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that we are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and
<br />that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim
<br />and interest in and to the above described premises.
