<br />Nebraska:

<br />Nine (9), both in Block Two (2), Ponderosa Lake Estates
<br />Fifth Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to her heirs and assigns
<br />forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee and with
<br />her heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said
<br />premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except easements
<br />and restrictions of record, and that we have good right and
<br />lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to
<br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby
<br />relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the
<br />above described premises.
