<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Brian D Weber and Maureen
<br />A Weber, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 11, 1997 and April 6, 2000 and recorded April 21, 1997 and April 12,
<br />2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Documents #97- 102925 and #0200002875 in the
<br />Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Eleven (11) and the Easterly Two and Five Tenths (2.5) Feet of Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), in
<br />Pleasant View Seventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
