<br />was the Grantor/Trustor and DLP Corporation was Beneficiary, in performance of said trust �
<br />and by virtue of the power and authority given to me in and by such instrument, quitclaims
<br />and reconveys to Grand Island Mall, LTD, Grantor, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Nebraska Revised Statute 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Grand Island Mall Eleventh Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Partial Reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the obligation secured by the
<br />Trust Deed recorded as Document #92- 111206 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on December 31, 1992.
