<br />Geneva State Bank grants, assigns, conveys and transfers to Assignee all of Geneva State Bank's right, title and interest in
<br />that certain Deed of Trust dated August 25, 2003, wherein Geneva State Bank is the Beneficiary Kristen L Roemmich
<br />and Andrew A. Bishop, single person(s),. Roemmich is the Truster, and Central National Bank is the Trustee, which
<br />Deed of frost was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on �p iflwh(.[ a ,
<br />Book or Inst # 0 -MA— =k , Page ; both the Deed of Trust and Assignment describing the following parcel
<br />of real property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block D, Park -View Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Together with the indebtedness described in said Deed of Trust and the money due or to become due thereunder,
<br />including interest thereon.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Geneva State Bank has caused this Assignment to be executed by its Vice - President on this
<br />25's day of August 2003.
