Lambrecht, husband and <br />wife, Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on May 23, 2002 as Document No. 200205559 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of <br />Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4SE1 /4) of Section <br />Four (4), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(NE1 /4SE1 /4); thence running southerly along the east line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4SE1 /4), a distance of Five Hundred Fifty <br />(550.0) feet; thence deflecting right 89 °26'34" and running westerly a distance of <br />Eight Hundred Thirty One and Sixty Four Hundredths (831.64) feet; thence <br />deflecting right 90 °33'26" and running northerly a distance of Five Hundred Fifty <br />(550.0) feet, to a point on the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (NE1 /4SEl /4); thence deflecting right 89 °26'34" and running easterly along <br />the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4SE1 /4), a <br />distance of Eight Hundred Thirty One and Sixty Four Hundredths (831.64) feet, to <br />the point of beginning, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in <br />default under the terms of said Deed of Trust. <br />The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said Deed of <br />Trust when due. <br />Such default may be cured and the note and Deed of Trust may be reinstated within two <br />months from the date of filing this Notice of Default with the Register of Deeds.
