<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and
<br />Fixture Financing Statement executed by Staab Brothers Partnership, a Nebraska General
<br />Partnership, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of October 26, 2000, and recorded on November 3,
<br />2000, as Instrument No. 0200009603, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request
<br />of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lots Eleven (11) and Thirteen (13), Block Twenty -Six (26), in Gilbert's Third Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
