<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tommy D Edwards, an
<br />unmarried individual, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 20, 2002 and recorded November 21, 2002 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200212917 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The Easterly Eighty -Four (E84') Feet of the Northerly Sixty -Six (N66') Feet of the Westerly One
<br />Hundred Eight -Four (W184') Feet of Block Six (6), in Pleasant Home Subdivision of part of the East
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1 /2SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -One (21), in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
