Murphy, Attorney -at- <br />Law, "Trustee'; Wells Fargo Bank South Dakota, N.A., "Beneficiary'; and David A. Vacek and Kathleen A. <br />Vacek, husband and wife, "Trustors ". <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment <br />of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on March 11, 1996, recorded in <br />the office of the Clerk of the County of Hall, and identified as document number 96- 101757, convey to <br />Trustee, his successor or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in the said deed as follows, to- <br />wit: <br />All of Section Three (3), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the Southerly 360 acres of said Section <br />also excepting a certain tract as shown in Warranty Deed in the Register of Deeds Office <br />in Book 8, Page 280. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned, Trustee, does hereby release, convey and quit claim unto said <br />Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Trust Deed, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF YORK ) <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this day of August, 2003 by <br />Michael J.
