<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated JULY 16, 2001, executed by LUIS GUTIERREZ AND SAHARI GUTIERREZ,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of MOUNTAIN WEST FINANCIAL, INC.,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded JULY 23, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200107253, in
<br />Book No. - - -, at Page No_ - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A. SUCCESSOR TO
