<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein; I
<br />or we, hereby release the Lien of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND N01100
<br />Dollars ($15,000.00) made and executed by Theodore C Molczyk and
<br />Jean Ann Molczyk, Husband and Wife, and Richard J. Strehle and
<br />Helen K. Strehle, Husband and Wife, to the City of GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation hereinafter usually referred to
<br />as "City" of the second part, on the following described
<br />property, to -wit:
<br />The Easterly Two Thirds (E 2/3) of Lot Six (6),
<br />The West Six (6) feet of Lot Seven (7), and the
<br />Easterly Sixty (60) feet of Lot Seven (7), in Block
<br />Sixty Eight (68) in the Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which is recorded as document No. 93- 102888 in the Records of the
<br />County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
