<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />Gary R. Jacobson, an Unmarried Person, ASSIGNOR, do hereby assign to FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of
<br />920,000.00, the Lease dated July 1, 1980, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is the
<br />Lessee, pertaining to the following- described premises:
<br />Lot 18, having a lake front footage 78 feet situated on the West side of the West portion of Kuester's Lake,
<br />and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section 13, Township 11
<br />North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $920,000.00, with interest and according to the
<br />provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.

<br />the purposes therein stated, on the 20 August, 2003.
