Kivett, Attorney at Law duly licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska, �o <br />Trustee, in the exercise of the power of sale conferred upon him, does hereby execute and deliver this so <br />indenture, <br />WITNESSETH THAT: <br />WHEREAS, for a valuable consideration on April 25, 2001, Susan D. Jackson a /k/a Susan <br />Jackson f /k/a Susan Walter and Kenneth A. Jackson, Trustors, executed and delivered their Deed of <br />Trust to Michael F. Kivett, as Trustee, and CitiFinancial, Inc.
