<br />SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
<br />WHEREAS, under date of June 15, 2001, Larry L. Stoddard and Barbara L. Stoddard, Husband
<br />and Wife executed a Deed of Trust to The Pacesetter Corporation, on the following described real
<br />estate to wit:
<br />Lot 7, in Meadow Lane Subdivision, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Which Deed of Trust was in the original amount of Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Dollars
<br />and no /100 ($9,580.00) and was recorded on July 13, 2001, as document number 200106884 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, Larry L. Stoddard and Barbara L. Stoddard, Husband and Wife, has secured a loan
<br />in the amount of Ninety -One Thousand One Hundred Dollars and no /100 ($91,100.00) from H &
<br />R Block Mortgage Corporation, which loan amount is secured by a Deed if Trust on the above
<br />described real estate: and
<br />WHEREAS, The Pacesetter Corporation, desires to subordinate the Dead of Trust mentioned
<br />above to the Deed of Trust, of H & R Block Mortgage Corporation.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and making of the loan by aforesaid, and
<br />for the valuable consideration, the undersigned does hereby subordinate its Deed of Trust herein
