<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely Kuester Lake, Inc., hereby consents to the conditional assignment
<br />to FIVE POINTS BANK (Secured Party), by John R. Gunderson and Carol J. Gunderson, as sole owners,
<br />(Debtor), of a Lease dated April 16, 1980, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor and John R. Gunderson
<br />and Carol J. Gunderson, is the Lessee, such Lease commenced April 16, 1980, and terminates April 15,
<br />2015, and pertains to:
<br />Lot 3, located on the North side of the East portion of Kuester's Lake, having a lake front
<br />footage of 46 feet, and, and being situated on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW %) in
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents, was given by said Debtor to FIVE
<br />POINTS BANK (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of
<br />$920,000.00, and a Financing Statement and /or Deed of Trust covering the above - described premises and
<br />securing payment of said note (bond).
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid.
