<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated MAY 28, 2002, executed by ROBERT A. HOLLAND AND KAREN M. HOLLAND,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded MAY 29, 2002 as Instrument No. 0200205706, in
