<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the U.S. Bank National Association ( "Assignor ") of 800 Nicollet Mall,
<br />22nd Floor, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55402 does hereby grant, assign, transfer, convey and set
<br />over, without recourse or warranty, expressed or implied in any event, unto National Loan

<br />Farmington Second Subdivision, a subdivision located upon a part of the Southeast

<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
