<br />Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated July 2, 1998 and recorded on July 9, 1998, in Instr. # �o
<br />Document 98- 106739 of the Official Records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and: ' CS
<br />Whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in
<br />place and stead of STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY, now therefore, the undersigned hereby
<br />substitutes THEMSELVES as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and do hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate now held by them thereunder.
